As a small company and operating under the pre-order principle we produce especially for you. It would be difficult for us to remain sustainable if we had to reimburse you for each item.

During a sales period you cannot obtain a price adjustment if you purchased the item just before this period. As mentioned above we treat exchanges as returns. During an exchange after a sales period, the gift certificate issued will be for the amount of the purchase and not the amount of the regular price. The difference will therefore be at your expense.

When we embark on production we look at several factors: quality, price, production speed, environmental impact, and working conditions. Regarding our knits, the best option to offer you quality knits at a reasonable price is not found here in Canada but in a sustainable workshop in Peru. They are handmade in the ancestral way with respect for human beings and animals.

We offer size XS, S, M, L and XL. Since FW23.24, we have revised our L and XL sizes to make them a bit larger. Eve Gravel sizing starts with the Eve Gravel template: A rather straight silhouette and a small waist. Eve Gravel wears size S at the top and S at the bottom. Our cuts are often oversized, we recommend that you take your usual size. However, if you want a more fitted style, size down.

Natural materials require more maintenance and love :) Always look at our care instructions on the product page or on the label inside your garment. Natural materials always lose a small cm when washed. Always steam them to restore them to their usual shape.

Fill your sink with cold water and add a tablespoon of detergent. Opt for responsible washing and choose your detergent carefully. Place your garment in the water and swirl it gently.
